Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Most orders ship within 48 hours of being placed. This is our usual turnaround, not a guarantee.
Shipping rates (United States)
Shipping is based on the number of 12 oz bags in your order:
- 1 bag: $7.50
- 2 bags: $5.00
- 3 bags: $2.50
- 4 or more bags: free
A Combo Subscription counts as two bags. Digital gift cards are delivered by email and don't affect shipping.
Carriers and tracking
We usually ship with USPS. If another carrier offers a better rate with the same level of service, we may use that carrier instead. When your order ships, we'll email you tracking information.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location and aren't guaranteed once your order is in the carrier's hands.
Subscriptions
Each subscription delivery is charged on its scheduled date and ships like any other order, at the rate for the number of bags in that delivery.
Shipping address
Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
