What specific coffees do I get with my subscription and how does it work? 

Persistence Coffee focuses on a rotating selection of single l-origin coffees and will generally have two or three decafs and two or three caffeinated options available at any given time. Once a coffee is sold out, it will be replaced by a different coffee. For a subscription, this means that the default is to rotate through the currently available coffees. 

For example, let's say you opted for a decaf subscription and selected to receive a bag every two weeks. If there are two decafs in stock, call them coffee A and coffee B, your first delivery would be a bag of coffee A. Two weeks later, you would receive a bag of coffee B, and then two weeks after that you would receive a bag of coffee A, etc. until one or both of these coffees sells out. In this scenario, if coffee A sold out, then a new coffee, Coffee C, will be released and would take the place of coffee A in your subscription rotation.

 

Can I skip a delivery or pause my subscription? 

Absolutely! Go to your account dashboard, click "Manage Subscription" at the top, and you can easily delay, pause, or cancel your subscription.
